The King of Earth is a character who appears in "gophers on a corn tortilla". He is a crudely-drawn Caucasian human with slightly bloodshot eyes, a smug smile and folded arms. He wears an orange cape, a golden crown labeled "KING" and a red shirt with the text "EARTH" underneath an Earth-shaped design. As his name suggests, he is the ultimate ruler of the planet Earth, likely just above or among the "rulers of the earth planet" mentioned throughout his video of origin. He acts as the Earth's highest authority on military decisions, and operates from Centre Block in Canada. In his debut video, he calls upon the help of Kevin to lead the war against the gopher aliens.
The king has some quirks about his speech which distinguish him from others further. His voice is made with Speakonia, an old text-to-voice program. The same program was used for many old YouTube videos to synthesize voices for characters, including the Spodermen channel.
