The rulers of the earth planet are an unseen organization in "gophers on a corn tortilla", consisting of the planet Earth's most prominent leaders. The only one of these who is known, the King of Earth, is physically present throughout the video and is implied to be the leader of the rulers of the earth planet. The group is very defensive of their home, taking great offense to the invasion of the gopher aliens. They type in a crude manner, with several spelling and grammar mistakes alongside incomprehensible keyboard mashing. However, they are very much amicable to all residents of their home planet and their allies, the different aliens from the Cigar Galaxy.
