Gopher

Gophers are common plains mammals that are to make an appearance in Tunnels from Nowhere. They most densely populate the Gopher Pass tunnel, being one of the few passive creatures in the game besides NPCs. They behave by randomly popping out of a hole, then either burrowing back into the dirt or skittering across the floor. They are not targeted by enemies, and killing them serves no benefit besides the potential to receive their bit.
