The sewers are accessed after defeating the Yoper and comes before Overgrowth Depths.

Trivia

  • The level being a sewer containing pickles as its main inhabitant is a reference to the iDubbbz video "LEGIT FOOD REVIEW - Sewer Pickles".
  • Ironically, the sewers are located above the Underground Bathroom. It is unknown how or whether they are directly connected.
