There are both empty rooms and ones containing chests which may overlap to form hallways and larger walls. It is the first area to feature gatling gerkins, bitches and exploding nuts. The sewers are accessed after defeating the Yoper and comes before Overgrowth Depths.

Trivia
- The level being a sewer containing pickles as its main inhabitant is a reference to the iDubbbz video "LEGIT FOOD REVIEW - Sewer Pickles".
- Ironically, the sewers are located above the Underground Bathroom. It is unknown how or whether they are directly connected.
