"you're not supposed to eat grilled chicken" is a YouTube Poop and sequel to "floater movie" posted to Kjolt's channel on December 11th, 2025. It consists largely of edits of common Instagram reel memes and recurring memes from "floater movie", such as Dark Man, the yogurt effect and "it's a floater!". The main focus of the video is a meme in which a text-to-speech voice repeatedly tells the viewer to "eat grilled chicken" instead of the previously stated item, having been repeated in place of the ordinary healthier alternative food presented in the original. The other video that recurs most is a clip from the Don't Hug Me I'm Scared television series in which Yellow Guy tells Stain Edwards that he's "not supposed to say that kind of stuff".

This video helped Kjolt more than double the channel's subscriber count, even surpassing "secret HOLY CRAP room found in New Super Mario Bros." in views, comments and likes.
