Oozel is a Neogoblin made up of muddy clay. Her body is asymmetrical and partially melty, her hair draping down like liquid and her lower body forming into a puddle. She has a single bulging yellow eye, and both a fully formed right hand and left foot. Her other "limbs" are vein-like appendages that support her spindly upper body. Her clay features light yellow streaks, as well as pink streaks in the darker parts that make up her pseudo-clothing.
Lore
Like other Neogoblins, Oozel is an unusual cryptic being associated with urban legends. However, her appearance is directly based on a photo taken of her real counterpart somewhere in a marsh at night. Though people assume she is entirely fictional, she has become very aware of the hoaxes surrounding her image, refusing to engage with society and remaining in hiding. Her true name is unknown.
