The caller is a character from Ricky War's last installment, "Reddit Hell". He is played by Cran, but is a unique character given the large separation from the rest of the series. He is accompanied by a few others with a somewhat equivalent role, albeit without as much dialogue.
In the video, he calls the Reddit User on his phone while on his way with the crew. The Redditor insists his preoccupation on that night, but an implied growing suspicion led the friends to check in on him. When they see him and find out what he's really up to, the caller scolds, corners and attacks him for using Reddit. The friends follow the Redditor into Reddit Hell, tormenting him and performing rituals with the spirit of Ricky. During a ritual involving putting Ricky in a cage, and dancing maniacally, they all suddenly collapse to the floor due to some form of asphyxiation. After the world returns to normal, all of the friends remain laying unconscious.
