Parchy

Parchy is a Neogoblin resembling an agonized, dried yellow face. He is a quadrupedal being with a gaping, permanently-opened mouth with a row of yellowed teeth along the top and a gritty tongue, and his eyes are shut. He resembles some crudely-drawn exaggerated faces that are popular online, as well as the Negative Man from Mother 3.

Lore

Parchy is a weak, passive creature known best for being entirely dry. He can only stand in place, walk slowly and emit pained dry heaving sounds. Disturbing Parchy by breaking his dry, frail body is implied to curse one to suffocate on sandy particles that build up in their lungs. Hydrating Parchy in any way, by pouring liquid into or onto him, causes his body to fall apart into a pile of wet sand.
