Video gamers are craftable artificial mechanical bugs in Bathroom Blocks since version 9. Similarly to ball golems, they are spawned using a crafted item, being the gamer grub. They are neutral small creatures that crawl around aimlessly. Their main purpose is to produce gamer goop, a honey-like teal substance which they drop like chicken eggs.
Video gamers don't mind players, but will actively pursue and attack cows and mooshrooms. Their model is shared with endermites, and although they share their other sound effects with silverfish and endermites, their death sound is that of spiders. They drop copper ingots upon death. They are also fairly easy to accidentally kill due to burning in the sunlight and being allergic to water, much like real world gamers.

Trivia
- Their body resembles the Nintendo Entertainment System.
- Initially they were planned to treat LAN parties as their hives when they receive a redstone signal, having gaming sessions within them during the day to then produce gamer goop. This has not been implemented, so the LAN party block is currently useless.
