Bathroom Blocks
The Ricky Noodles item in Bathroom Blocks is named after Ricky, whose actor is an enjoyer of the spicy noodles it is based on.
Rodney's Tunnel
Although Ricky does not appear, the setting is a version of Ricky Hills that contains many references to Ricky War. There is a weapon known as the Blade of Ricky and Ricky Noodles appear as a healing item, now instead named "Fire Noodles".
Kevin War
Ricky is mentioned by name multiple times in Kevin War. His name is often attached to things that do or shall belong to him (e.g. "the Ricky Lands" when referring to the hills). In the video, Cran wishes to resurrect Ricky with the power of Milkis in order to atone for his past crimes and to restore balance to Ricky Hills. He can be seen briefly in a flashback frame near the beginning of the video.
