"What the hell, man? GET OUT OF HERE!"
The Spanish Goblin is a character from Kevin War played by Aaron Pando. He is a human, potentially a Hill Person, with a coat. He speaks Spanish, but is shown to understand and even speak English. He is described as a goblin due to his humanoid but unusual behaviour.
He is first seen sitting on a bench during sunset sipping from an empty bottle. Kevin passes by and throws something at him, provoking him to shatter his glass bottle at Kevin's legs. Later on during a snowy night, he is shown to be more collected. His alignment to the past conflicts in Ricky Hills is unknown, but he held onto a bottle of Milkis and willingly gave it to Kevin. He gives a slightly sinister stare into the camera before the next scene, accompanied by the "Bruh" sound effect. Later on, he is briefly seen assembling a "staff of power" out of frayed rope, a twig and a flattened Quizno's cup. It is unknown what this is for and he does not show up past this point.
