A Holy Crap Room is a hidden room, typically reached by a convoluted setup, containing the phrase "HOLY CRAP". The anomaly is a parody of old video game hoaxes, such as L is Real 2401 and the Diablo Moo Moo Farm. The first instance of a Holy Crap Room was in "Secret HOLY CRAP room found in New Super Mario Bros." in late March of 2025.
In Mario Remash, music disc "5" is retextured to look like the "HOLY CRAP" text present in Holy Crap Rooms. This is one of very few references to fanmade content in the resource pack.
