A Holy Crap Room is a hidden room, typically reached by a convoluted setup, containing the phrase "HOLY CRAP". The anomaly is a parody of old video game hoaxes, such as L is Real 2401 and the Diablo Moo Moo Farm. The first instance of a Holy Crap Room was in "Secret HOLY CRAP room found in New Super Mario Bros." in late March of 2025.
Trivia
- Though unofficial, the second-ever Holy Crap Room appears in a video titled "Secret HOLY CRAP room found in Portal 2" by BooPlays, a small channel with only one video. Kjolt had discovered this two months after it was posted while browsing YouTube with Kevin's actor. In the video, BooPlays finds a small secret room in Portal 2 containing the phrase "HOLY CRAP" spelled out on a wall in near-identical letters to the original.
