			Milkis first appears in "[[ricky ritual]]". After the battle against [[Big T]] ends with a somewhat peaceful resolution, it is used to perform a ritual that resurrects [[Ricky]]. In "[[The Milkis Massacre]]", the Milkis is sought by both [[Ricky Attack]] and [[Ricky Defense]] for unknown reasons. Both sides once again clash, and Ricky successfully defeats Big T to secure the drink. However, he is betrayed by [[Cran]] who runs off with it. It is unknown if he used it for anything or what that could have been.

			Milkis is the second healing item found in ''[[Rodney's Tunnel]]''. Unlike [[Yop]], it can be used up to 4 times with up to 40 health points replenished after every use.

			== Kevin War ==

			In ''[[Kevin War]]'', the Milkis once again serves as an object that drives the plot of the video. During the century since "The Milkis Massacre", Cran had been frozen and preserved in the snow and lost the Milkis. Regretting his past war crimes, he asks [[Kevin]] to find Milkis in order to resurrect Ricky via ritual. He acquires a bottle from the [[Spanish Goblin]] and brings it home, mesmerized by its power. Before he can bring it to Cran, however, he is hunted by [[Hill Person\|Hill People]] and a [[Hitman\|hitman]] employed by [[Rodney]]. He loses the Milkis, and although Cran finds it, he collapses due to exhaustion before anything can be done. The whereabouts of this particular Milkis are unknown.
